- Each team is required to prepare 8-12 survey questions in MCQ format in a survey form
- Use this survey guideline (Template available below) to help construct effective survey questions
- Ensure that the questions are clear, concise, and easy to understand. Avoid leading or biased questions that could skew the responses. Consider using a mix of open-ended and closed-ended questions to gather both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Survey duration is for 21 days. Share the page link with as many sample groups for survey completion. (Ideal survey response: 100-150)
- Teams will be required to submit an overview report of your findings from this activity
