Option 1
Prepare a written document that answers the following: What would be the pros and cons of setting up or running a business based on this proposed model? Refer to Part 2.
Option 2
Conduct a quick interview/survey with your target customers. The purpose is to determine whether they need your proposed BMC, not whether they should support or participate.
Questions to ask or seek feedback on- What is their problem?
- What solution do they have in mind?
- Alternatives/fixes that they currently have?
- How much are they willing to pay for your service/product if available?
