Shashaank is a leader in disability inclusion and impact investing. He co-founded Ally Venture Capital, a fund focused on disability inclusion in Asia and Africa, providing risk capital to relevant startups.
He also co-founded v-shesh, an award-winning organization that helps Persons with Disabilities access training and jobs with top employers. v-shesh has received the National Award from the President of India and is listed on The Global Diversity List.
Shashaank is a visiting faculty member at The Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health (BALM) and has worked on inclusive education with the National Institute of Open Schooling.
Previously, he was India Advisor at Gray Ghost Ventures (GGV), a leading impact investing firm. He has also served on the boards of impact-focused businesses and held roles in commercial banking at ABN AMRO Bank, IDBI Bank, and Tata Group.
